I'm getting a segfault early in startup (just after "Importing game controller configs" - using the Linux x86_64 version). Presumably it's something in my setup; any idea how I might be able to track down what?
I have no idea, sorry. Maybe you can try the follow up to this game, Fragments of Euclid, to see if it works on your setup (Fragments of Euclid contains Non Euclidean Room as a secret area)
Fragments of Euclid segfaults at, as far as I can tell, the same place in startup - I conjecture something in my setup is breaking their underlying game engine. (This is not the first game I've had trouble with; I keep hoping to run into someone who is able-&-willing to help me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have lots of experience on other Unices but I do not know the Linux-specific details that would let me figure this out on my own.)
I'm sorry I can't help you more, I don't know much about linux, those games where made with Unity 5 so you may find more info about some other games from that engine
You could also try the windows version using wine or proton, that could work well I think
First game in my newest Youtube video! I played this some time ago before making my own Youtube to post games to so I am really happy I came across it again on here! I hope it will bring some people to check it out because it deserves to be played! (:

mine won't work cause it needs an update
i cant download the game it says it may contain maleware
just load the game, windows just does that sometimes but there's a way for malware to stop the popup so just ignore it, probably lying to you
